the final hour
This is the last book in the Homelander series for young adults. Teenager Charlie West must fight the forces of evil to save the residents of New York City or a million people will die. But he is stuck in prison. This youth fiction is full of action and suspense and will appeal to high school young people but is a little weak in the "Christian" aspect.
The Final Summit
Although I missed all the prequels, I did not feel lost when reading about the quest of one man, David Ponder, to save the world in an unspecified period of time. And only five chances to get it right. This is a sequel to "The Traveler's Gift". Andy Andrews is a truly gifted communicator. Your life will be changed.
Max on life
Max on life is a terrific book. All your questions answered in a thoughtful and enlightening manner. If you are angry with God or wondering what your purpose is or just disillusioned with life Max answers crucial questions about God's compassion for us, His trustworthiness,His ability to understand and the future to come. This book will greatly help you in your Christian walk.
How to write a book proposal
This is a wonderful book, especially for someone who is unpublished. It is a wealth of knowledge, well organized, with many tips on marketing and research. Although it focuses on non-fiction, it is equally useful for fiction. Michael Larsen details every step very clearly in this fourth edition with updates on changes in the publishing industry, sample proposals, expanded instructions for creating outlines and guidelines for becoming an effective self promoter. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to understand the publishing world.

Christmas Gifts
I have always enjoyed Gail Gaymer Martin's books and this one is no exception. Small Town Christmas is part of a special two-in- one Christmas novel. It is a heartwarming story of love and faith in action. Teacher Amy Carroll and widowed father Mike Russet get off to a rough start when his seven-year -old twins act up in her class. A beautiful love story unfolds and Gail once again gives us a wonderful book to curl up with! I highly recommend this book for a great Christmas holiday read.

A Family Of Their Own
I loved this book! Author Gail Gaymer Martin has created a beautiful story of forgiveness and learning to trust even when your heart has been broken .This is the second book in The Dreams Come True series. Single mom Kelsey Rhodes meets Ross Sasburg, a widowed single dad. Their daughters, Lucy and Peyton, are both struggling with serious illnesses. Despite much discouragement from friends and outsiders, they discover they understand each other like no one else and learn to forgive those who have hurt them. Gail has become one of my favorite authors. Looking forward to reading more of her books!

Conversations with God
Conversations with God will answer questions you have wondered about for years. The book is divided into seven sections with Bible references and notes in the back. The sections are: God, Jesus, The Bible, Life, Prayer, Relationships and Good and Evil. Easy to understand for both new believers and long term Christian women, this book reads like a dialogue with God and Jesus and several well known characters in the Bible. It would make an excellent Bible study for Christian women. Some of the questions you will have answered are: Why don't you prevent disasters from happening? How can you expect us to forgive? Why should we trust You? Why was a virgin birth necessary? God, why don't You just reveal Yourself? What about a woman in ministry?
I think it would have helped to have the scriptures at the end of each chapter, but the back of the book works well. A very interesting read.
